These terms cover your use of varadjs.com and our booking pages, run by VARA DJs LLC, 1466 US-9, Clifton Park, NY 12065. By using these sites, you agree to them.
What our sites are
Information about VARA DJs and a way to reach us. Prices on our sites are starting prices. Your exact price depends on the DJ, your date and anything you add, and it is set out in your written proposal.
Inquiries and bookings
Sending an inquiry, calling or texting us does not book your date or commit you to anything. Your date is booked when you sign our booking agreement and pay the deposit it states. Your booking agreement governs our services. If it ever differs from these terms, your agreement wins.
Text messages
When you opt in on one of our forms, or text us first, you agree to receive text messages from VARA DJs about your inquiry, consultation and booking.

Calls to the number shown in our Google ads may be recorded by Google, after a short notice, to help us measure our ads.
Reviews and testimonials
The reviews and testimonials on our sites come from real clients and guests and describe their own events. Every event is different.
Our content
The text, logos, photos and videos on our sites belong to VARA DJs LLC or are used with permission, including our photographers' work. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission. You are welcome to link to any page.
Other websites and apps
Our sites link to services we don't run, such as The Knot, WeddingWire, Zola, Instagram and the Vibo planning app. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
Our websites, as they are
We work to keep our sites accurate and available, but we provide them as they are and can't promise they are always error-free or online.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, VARA DJs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using our websites. This does not limit anything in your booking agreement or any rights you have by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
